I was really up the creek without a paddle. I needed a bond clean done in less than 24 hours on a very limited budget, so I hit TrueLocal …. best thing I did all week! I found Exact Services Company. Not only were they able to vary their schedule to accommodate my frantic and pretty desperate situation, but they stuck to my price and produced an awesome result. Considering some of the other quotes I got, I wasn’t really expecting miracles after hog-tying ESC with my limited funds … I figured they’d do their best and when the property manager picked it to pieces on her final inspection, I would just have to go back and fix it myself. You’re now thinking, why didn’t you just do it yourself in the first place, right? The short, simple answer is that I’m in a wheelchair and there’s some stuff I just can’t do, mainly cause I can’t reach it. So I wasn’t really prepared for what I saw when I went to do my side of the final inspection, a matter of hours before the property manager was due to arrive. The house looked better than it did the day I moved in and I’ve never seen the bathroom shine so brightly … And the oven! OMG! If I didn’t know better, I would have sworn it was brand new. I’ve got to know what products they use, it just blew me away …. or maybe their motto is true … “Not Afraid To Use A Little Elbow Grease” … hmmmmmm … they definitely got stuck into the elbow grease at my job. If you’re looking for cleaners that will go that extra mile, do a fabulous job at a reasonable price and are decent human beings to boot, then you can’t go past Exact Services Company. The property manager loved it and I’m getting a full bond refund, no questions asked, how good it that? Thanks again guys, you’re more than worth your weight in gold.
